What is you?

"Created by nature, forged by man, designed under the haüs."

I derive great pleasure in the processes of collecting, conceptualising, and crafting imaginative pieces intended to grace one-of-a-kind individuals. Each piece is handcrafted, using organic hand-gathered materials sourced from Mother Nature herself, ensuring that no two pieces are ever identical.

My creations defy the notion of perfection - far from the generic, cookie-cutter jewellery you might encounter elsewhere. I assure you they will always remain unique and personal.

My design process is unhurried, deliberately so. Each piece materialises in its own time and as it pleases. The foundation for most of my ideas lies in the elements I find, crafting can only commence once these elements are discovered and inspiration arises.

I am not a professional mason or metalsmith, and I don't make such claims. My day-to-day life revolves around a computer screen. The joy of creating these pieces emerges when life grants me the time and space to immerse myself in this creative escape, under·haüs. 

under·haüs is:

"Created by nature" - each piece is thoughtfully and respectfully crafted, incorporating hand-gathered elements from Australia.

"Forged by man" - tools, metals, and the accompanying elements that contribute to the overall design.

"Designed under the haüs" - where each piece is modestly handcrafted. There are no purpose-built studios or workshops here; just a creative space located "under my house" in Brisbane, Australia.
